Guitar Hero II Adapter. Originally TAC guitar controllers were designed to work with Guitar Hero, but because of changes made to the code in Guitar Hero II the older versions of some guitar controllers are not compatible. The symptom is the wrong mapping of the fret buttons -- green maps to blue, blue maps to orange, etc. If you are having this problem, you most likely have a Generation I guitar controller (Red or Blue Packaging) with manufacturing date earlier than August 2, 2006.
